How to apply Australian Gold Aloe Freeze Spray:

1. If you have over exposed or burnt, take a cool shower to remove all sun cream and other products from your skin.

2. Apply your Australian Gold Aloe Freeze Spray once you have dried off to all affected areas regularly.

3. Allow to absorb into skin before dressing. 

4. Reapply as desired.
