Returns Policy

If any item is defective within the guarantee period please get in touch with us via phone or you can send an E-mail to the following address we will replace any item within 7-14 days after we receive the defective unit. Please note that we will replace your item with the same product or to the same value as the one you have returned at the time of purchase.

We are unable to offer refunds on products over 14 days from date of purchase. If the item(s) are tested faulty they will be either replaced by or returned to manufacturer for repair/replacement.

Original packaging and contents, and receipt must accompany all returns. Please do not send items without first speaking to our returns department so we can issue you with an RMA number, as we will not accept returns without this number.

Returns of unwanted goods will incur a handling charge of 20% and must be returned within 7 days and notified before returning to us. All items returned as faulty will be tested and notified as soon as possible; if the item is found not to be faulty a restocking fee of 20% is charged.

If we believe your problem would be better dealt with by the manufacturers we will advise you accordingly the main reason we do this is to ensure that you receive the best possible support on their products.

Returning an item

Pack your item securely making sure you include your Order ID number (if known) name and address and original receipt.

Take the parcel to the post office. We advise that you use the "Compensation Fee Parcels" service for parcels valued over £20.00, or obtain a "Proof of Postings Certificate" for parcels under £20.00. Please ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents. will not be held liable for ANY items returned by a customer.

For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.

For any replacement, we will process your request within 24 hours. However, please allow 14 days turnaround from the time you send your item back to us to redelivery.

Please note that any warranty offered does not cover any carriage charges incurred.

Items Undeliverable and not picked up by customers will have a re dispatch fee of £3.95 or a refund less a minimum charge of £3.95 or original postage costs incurred.
